Movie Review: Solid Action
Summary: 4 Stars

Fire Birds showcases some good actors in roles that fit them well. The character of Jake is classic Nicholas Cage and Tommy Lee Jones shows his usual wit and unique style. The action is great, showing some of the best helicopter air battles in any movie. It was a good film to make as there are plenty that showcase fighter planes, but very few with helicopters. I would recommend Fire Birds to anyone who enjoys either Nicholas Cage, Tommy Lee Jones, Helicopters or just good military based action. It also doesn't hurt that Sean Young portrays a very nice looking pilot herself.

Movie Review: Full Tilt Boogie
Summary: 4 Stars

A cheesy but fun movie about Army Helicopter warfare and the Apache, specifically. Obviously an earlier movie of Nicholas Cage's, and you can tell he is still coming in to his acting element. Tommy Lee Jones does not disapoint though as the hard nosed senior Warrant Officer. After watching, you too will feel like a "1st class all American hero with his heart & brain wired together, cooking full tilt boogie for freedom & justice!"

Movie Review: Firebirds
Summary: 4 Stars

Top Gun meets Airwolf IS Firebirds. The emphasis in Firebirds is on military helicopters like Cobras, Apaches, and Coyotes although on the movie they are called Scorpions(good band!). Excellent aerial filming with exciting "dogfights"(aerial fights) make this movie a must-have for Top Gun, Blue Thunder, and Airwolf fans. Highly recommended!
