Movie Review: Good set of movies to have when there's nothing on TV

We purchased these because we are fans of film noir. Fortunately, most of these we have not seen. We also like watching these films because some of them have some very good tension build up without any big bloody knifings or shootings or big chase scenes with trucks and boats and cars blowing up. We especially like the write-up included with each film. It gives you a bit more of the story within the film and background on making the film and the stars in the film. It's fun to read before the film and look for what they mentioned. Quality of the films is also very good - clear crisp pictures. They are a nice change of pace and I would recommend them to others.
