Movie Review: The Feast of All Saints
Summary: 5 Stars
This movie is excellent. The theme is historically insightfull, with regards to African Americans. It presented a twist on our American past and experience which I had not been exposed to before. The cinematography is also well done. The clothes of the characters and language were authenic. It is a must see for anybody and everyone. After watching the movie, I was so moved.Movie Review: I Think This Was A Very Good Adaptation!

I LOVED IT. REALLY LOVED IT. SO MANY GOOD BLACK AND MULATO ACTRESSES AND ACTORS IN IT. JUST WONDERFULL ACTING. A TRIPUTE TO BLACK ACTING. A LESSON TO ALL OF HOW IT WAS IN HAITI IN THOSE DAYS AND HOW IT WAS IN NEW ORLEANS AND PARTS OF LOUISIANA BACK IN THE DAYS OF THIS TIME PERIOD. The first time I saw this movie was at a friends home. Had to find it because it was that great. History is explained so well. l looked in stores, but it was not available. I love this movie. It depicts another aspect of Black history that is not discussed alot. This movie takes you into the world of the Gens de Colour Libre and reveals the pain and struggles that surround them. It gives such a fabulous aspect of how even the free color have had to strive.
