Movie Review: We Love Fatso
Summary: 4 Stars

We've seen this movie about 10 times. It gets better
every time we watch it. We originally saw it in a local
movie theater when it was released. We couldn't stop laughing.
We know all of these characters that Ann Bancroff created. They are our relative & friends.Dom Deluise is perfect for his part. You realize that he loves to eat.You have to accept him for who he is.I highly recommend this movie.

Movie Review: Hilarious movie but where's the Closed Caption?
Summary: 4 Stars

We have older family members who would love this movie,too, but they are hard of hearing...I thought all DVDs had to be Closed Captioned by law. Anyway, I love the movie and would give it 5 stars if it was CC. This film deserves a "Special Edition" with commentary by the still living actors, and also by Mel Brooks (plus be Closed Captioned).

This is an example of Ann Bancroft's talent range.

She is not only a great actor, her scripts are usually about a small group of people and their interaction. Screenplays at their best.

Dom DeLouise is greatly underrated as an actor. He is brilliant in this movie.

This movie eally epitomizes a really truly Italian and his upbringing. I am so glad this movie does not stereotype an Italian man as being linked to the mob. It is a really truly heartbreaking undertaking for thiose of us who are overweight;and the constant nagging from those around us.
