Movie Review: It is the privilige for women to watch FAKE
Summary: 5 Stars
Fake is an absolute entertainment DVD for women yonge or old. I strongly disagree with some viewers about yaoi. Please just remember that it is the privilege of women to view Japaneses yaoi mangas and DVDs. If you are a man and you never watches Will&Grace, please do not bother to pick up the DVD and to be picky about it. You should just dive into your ball games. Do not criticize the DVD just because you have no stomach for yaoi. To be honest, FAKE is the great DVD, very artistic. There is amazing computer graphic effort. The plot is more like a comedy than a romance or mistery. Even a little romance between two main characters is quite artistically done. Besides there is no explicit yaoi at all. I just wish there were a real TV series based on the manga. A short OAV DVD is just too short.
If you are a husband, you may order FAKE as a gift for your hard-working wife. Just leave her alone after all kids are in bed. Do not watch with her if you are scared of any gay stuff unless your wife invites you.
If you are woman with independent sprits like me, order it for yourself. Relax after a day's hard work. FAKE will not betray you. Well, just remember that yaoi is for women (besides there is no real yaoi. Am I a spoiler?)
