I was in the 8th grade when I read the book and saw the movie. Exodus introduced me to an area of information that I had not been exposed to. I had never known a Jewish person. There was a lot of anti-semitism in my home and town. I read about the holocaust. This story led me to the greater world.Movie Review: Exodus

I saw this movie when I was 13 and thought is was good. Times and relations were different with Israel then. Today the movie still has such relevance even though our relation with Israel is quite different. It is a classic and one of the best from this era.Movie Review: excellent service

One of Newman's best (of many). Breathtaking scenes and a full-blown cast of supporting actors. High marks for Eva Marie Saint. Excellent theme and story line. Marvelous support from Sal Mineo, Lee J. Cobb and David Opatoshu.
