Movie Review: A decided twist in the genre!!
Summary: 5 Stars
This movie starts out just like so many of the "save-the-world", are a part there-of, "from total destruction" movies of this type. However, it immediately begins to vary from the norm. First, Steven Segal is killed not long after the movie begins. This, of course, throws the entire viewing audience for a loop; we were not expecting it. All the militaries well made plans for solving the problem go astray. My thoughts on the movie are that it is excellent. The acting is above-the-average all around. One of the best in this abused category. The enhanced properties of DVD only add to my enjoyment !! ENDMovie Review: Great thriller/action movie

This is a great movie. It kinda reminds u of air force one another great movie. Kurt Russell is a great actor and shows it in this movie. A great storyline and i would recomend this movie to anyone. The R rating is unnecessary though and i think that any person at least 9 and older could watch it. It is only R really because of the one scene w/the suicide bomber and then a few swears here and there. And is somewhat violent but no worse than say The Fast and the Furious, which is another great movie. And theres not really alot of f-bombs-1 or 2. This is once again a great plane movie. This movie will keep you on the edge of your seat from begining to end. A fast paced drama, that starts with action that takes your breath away and barely gives you a chance to take a normal breath through the end.
A small elite force attempts a mid-air recapture of a highjacked plane, while the President must decide when/if their mission has failed, and order the combat planes accompanying to commercial liner to move in to destroy it before the terrorists can use it as a bomb. Pre-dates 9-11.
I currently rank this movie 5 on my all time favorites list, and the number one drama.
Movie Review: I COULDN'T RESIST CLAPPING AT THE END

We see a lot of movies. I was beginning to lose faith in my movie picking abilities because rarely do I see anything that truly engrosses me. Until this movie. This movie, on DVD is great. The visual is fantastic and the sound, oh my God, the sound. The ending, unlike other movies, doesnt undermine the rest of the film but truly provides an amazing climax. I rented it tonight but will buy it tomorrow. I loved it and applauded at the ending.Movie Review: High caliber tension thriller!

Despite the plot has been taken into screen so many times, this well handled and better written script around a group of terrorist fanatics who demand the liberation of an important leader , threatening an airplane with 400 passengers on board, is filled of histamine along the plot because it has several dramatic nerves to resolve.
Excellent effort of Kurt Russell, Halle Berry and Sauchet as the leader terrorist.
