Movie Review: Great Classic ~ Excellent Production & Quality
Summary: 5 Stars
CONTENT: Joan Collins does a great act in her role as the beautiful Queen Esther, and it's and excellent movie to add to your collection, especially for the price! TECH: Great quality picture and sound for the price. It's especially nice that not all movies are being made in "widescreen!" I'm so sick of tinie-tiny pictures I that can barely see. Not everyone in this world has the money to upgrade their television sets on a whim. I'm grateful to have a good-quality TV at all to watch movies on.
Summary of Esther and the King
In Fourth century B.C. Persia, Esther comes to the attention of the recently widowed King Ahasuerus. The king has been trying to stifle and defeat the campaign of hatred fomented against the Jews by his evil minister Haman. Before the King can pair off with Esther and defeat the villainous Haman, there are several intervening adventures and a woman who competes for attention.
