hello to anyone reading this! I am a old-school, die-hard Elton fan; my first concert ever was the legendary Elton John show at Madison Square Garden on November 28, 1974 - Elton's special guest that night was John Lennon (in what turned out to be Lennon's final-ever performance on a live concert stage). In the 30+ years since then, I've seen Elton at MSG many many many times - and I was there on 03/25/07 when Elton celebrated his 60th birthday. I'm proud to be writing the first Amazon review of this amazing DVD/CD set. For hard-core fans like me, seeing him play old rarely-performed album tracks like "High Flying Bird", "Where To Now, St. Peter?", "Ballad of A Well Known Gun" and "Hercules" was a thrill and a treat. My friends and I were seriously hoping that the ENTIRE 03/25/07 concert would be released on DVD. Well, this box set contains the ENTIRE 03/25/07 concert ... and more! The whole thing is completely butt-kicking and if you're a fan of the man and his music then this is a must-have box set.
