El Derecho De Nacer means "The Right to Be Born".
This story is about a young woman from a wealthy and well respected family that has old fashion values and morals. She gets pregnant out of wed lock and her life as well as her family's life is turned upside down. This is a story of a mother's unconditional love for a child she has not seen.
This DVD includes English Subtitles. Occasionally the video quality is not that good yet it clears up. Considering you get over 12 hours of Spanish video, this is a great buy. The story line is wonderful.

Summary of El Derecho de Nacer
When a pregnant young woman consults her doctor about an abortion, he tells her the story of the Del Junco family, headed by Don Rafael, a severe patriarch whose daughter, Marķa Elena, becomes pregnant by a traveling salesman. Don Rafael sends Marķa Elena and her nanny, Marķa Dolores, to his country house where they are the prisoners of Bruno the foreman. Though Bruno has orders to kill the baby when it is born, Marķa Dolores begs for the child's life and flees to Mexico City, where she raises him as her own. Marķa Elena spends years searching in vain for her son, and eventually enters a convent. The boy, meanwhile, grows to manhood and becomes a doctor. While interning at a hospital, he meets a pretty young volunteer who takes him home to meet her family, including her aunt, Sister Marķa Elena, and her grandfather, Don Rafael.Similar DVD Movies
