Movie Review: One of my All-Time Favorites
Summary: 5 Stars
This is definately one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. I have seen Dumb and Dumber more times than I can remember and I still laugh throughout the entire movie. There was something special about this movie and the magic that made all of America was wrapped nicely into a dvd and I watched it once again. As of now, 8 years have passed since this movie premiered and still there are few movies that can be considered its equal in the comedy genre.I absolutely loved Jim Carry and Jeff Daniels as a pair of friends that get caught up in many different hilarious scenarios. Everyone that has seen this movie will agree that Harry and Lloyd are two of the most lovable idiots to ever grace the screne. All jokes and events are properly executed, the movie does not drift into a boring routine or resort to second rate material. If for some reason you have never seen this movie, that is unfortunate. Please see this movie in the near future even if you have seen it before, humor is a wonderful thing and there is more than enough in this film to go around.

The bottom line is: either you like this type humor or you don't. Personally, I love it! When I saw this in the theatre in early 1995 I couldn't stop laughing... as I can't now. That's just how I react to this type of humor. I think Jim Carrey is incredibly funny, great facial expressions, funny lines & fantastic delivery. Jeff Daniels laugh just cracks me up. There are great one liners that I find myself saying still. It's just a funny movie... IF! If you like other movies like "Me, Myself & Irene", "There's something about Mary", "Airplane", all of the "Naked Gun" movies, "Baseketball"... If you don't like those type movies - don't bother - you won't like this either. And don't write a bad review about it. Just accept that you don't like it & be more productive with something you DO like. But for those of you who like that type of humor - your gonna love this. The movie Dumb and Dumber is perhaps the smartest comedy ive seen.This is the funniest movie ive seen and deffanatley one of my favourites.Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels chemistry was great and really made the movie as good as it is.The movie itself is HILARIOUS.Llyod Christmas(Carrey) and Harry Dunn(Daniels) go on an insane journey to return a breif case full of cash all the way to Aspen.This trip is hilarious, the whole movie is a rollercoaster and when you think its about to slow down and stop it just picks back up again, in other words its non stop fast paced word for word comedy that will leave you gasping for air.
This movie would have to be Carrey's funniest and best performance of his career and Daniels was also outstanding in playing his role and with the exception of Chris Farley, no one could have done it better.This is also a very rewatchable movie, ive watched it too many times and the work put in this movie by the cast and crew deffentley deserves a spot in your colection.

Movie Review: Dumber and Funnier than anything else

After having seen this film at leat 10 times, I still laugh out loud just at seeing the cover. This is easily Jim Carrey's best film, which does exactly what it was intended to do: make you laugh. I received the VHS version in Spanish from friends and it was still hilarious, dubbing and all. The film does not make any intellectual breakthroughs but I dare anyone to keep a straight face when Carrey has a dream sequence at night of impressing his would be love interest by being the life of the party. Just when you catch your breath, our tow heroes make a grand entrance on a 'hog' in Aspen that's worth the purchase price of the DVD alone. You'll explode with laughter. The ending is perfect and reflects exactly what such characters would have done in the same circumstances. Many would dismiss this as a stupid film. It's much worse and that's the whole point. It gets my wholehearted 5 star rating because it succeeds entirely in what it sets out to do. Give you a stomach aching laugh for days!Movie Review: FUNNIEST MOVIE OF THE CENTURY
