Movie Review: A Good One!
Summary: 5 Stars
An extremely enjoyable "coming of age" movie with Rupert Gint (of Harry Potter fame) and Julie Walters (of Educating Rita fame) along with a truly hateful, religious hypocrite Laura Linney who is married to a nice, religious pastor, played by Nicholas Farrel.
Has a scene at the end that is so funny you will hurt with laughter.
A really wonderful film.

I DIDN'T SEE THE MOVIE YET. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER, SHE JUST LOVES RUPERT GRINT. SHE SAID IT WAS A WONDERFUL MOVIE AND HAS SEEN IT ABOUT 15 TIMES, ALREADY. SHE CAN EVEN SAY SOME OF HIS PARTS FROM MEMORY. I'M HAPPY TO SAY I MADE A VERY WONDERFUL INVESTMENT IN BUYING THIS MOVIE FOR HER. SHE JUST HAD HER TONSILS REMOVED AND WAS IN NEED OF SOME CHEERING UP. This movie is really adorable...It features Rupert Grint(Ben) and Harry Potter co-star, Julie Walters(who plays Mrs. Weasley in HP). Laura Linney stars as Ben's bible belter, overly-Christian mother who really has quite a few issues. The plot allows for a lot of wit and comedy from the actors. It shows a whole lot of maturing for Ben's character and Rupert's first on-screen kiss. It is overall a very good film and I would recommend it.Movie Review: A Pleasant Surprise

I have been looking forward to seeing this film for quite a while. I was expecting a mediocre film...I just wanted to see it because Rupert and Julie were in it. Excelent movie, it shows how communication is very important, as much as respect for others, and the things that brings wisdom. Rupert's performance is really good, I enjoyed watching him in a different roll, he is a really good actor. Julie Walters was magnificent. The message of the movie is very good, I really recomend it.
