Less than an hour after famed American neurobiologist, John Coleman, addresses a conference on the deadliest nerve gas ever developed, he vanishes. At the same time, on a small island called Mandoras in the Caribbean, a group of fanatics from Nazi Germany has carried out a secret experiment after WWII to give eternal life to the brain of Adolf Hitler.
