Movie Review: Romanza!

What a fabulous romantic comedy!Marlon Brando and Faye Dunaway are great as the middle-age couple who re-discover their romance with the help of Johnny Depp's Don Juan. Depp is mesmerizing as the title character, describing the way a woman should be loved and entertaining the audience with his wit and bravado. Brando -at his sympathetic best - is captivated with the story of Don Juan and determined to re-capture his own life of romance with the incomparable Dunaway. This is fun, all the way through and highly recommended for the die-hard romantic. Johnny Depp takes your breath away - taking seduction to a whole new level. Bravo!!!!!
Movie Review: Don Juan de Marco

I have always loved this movie and its message. Don Juan de Marco is in for a 10-day psychiatric evaluation and ends up curing the staff of their own hangups and fears.
This definately is a feel good movie about never giving up your hopes and dreams. The flashbacks and photography are all stunning. There are a few good points made in regards to psychotropics medications as well.
I highly recommend this movie to all, as it shows how the imagination can shelter and raise your mind against daily traumas and disappointments. Johnny Depp is top-notch as in most of his movies. He makes a great Don Juan!
Movie Review: Romance for Adults

The script is superb and the acting flawless. There is enough strangeness in the beginning to keep one focused (and thinking, "Do I really want to watch this movie?"). Before long, you realize it is a truly delightful fantasy, liberally laced with humor. Young people will focus on Johnny Depp and his escapades. Older folk will enjoy that as well, but also be drawn in to the sensitive way Brando ignites romance for people who are aging. And the ending will leave all but the bitterest people with a case of the warm fuzzies and the inclination to reach out and touch the hand beside them.Movie Review: Irresistable Little Movie

The on screen chemistry between Marlon Brando and Johnny Depp is what makes this such a pleasure to watch. Brando is fabulous even when just sitting and listening to Depp recount his stories of romantic conquests and Depp is equally convincing to the viewer that he may just be Don Juan and not only a patient in a NY Psychiatric hospital.
This is a movie that is incredibly sweet and it draws you into Depp's fantasy world (or is it) as he is being treated for his delusions.
Brando and Depp together- a tremendous combination, created a not to be missed movie.

I had first seen this movie on tape at my best friend's house, her sister owned it. I was blown away by Johnny Depp's perfect Spanish accent and how well he played Don Juan! He's just the most talented actor on the earth!!!! He really was charming in this, and oh so handsome!!! I loved Marlon Brando as Jack Mickler, his psychiatrist. I'm really glad this movie was made. All you men and women out there need to see this, it's just so amazing! I went out and bought the DVD after I saw it on tape, just amazing, and the extras are GREAT!
