Movie Review: One of the best movies of its type to come along in years
Summary: 5 Stars
I really like this movie. Granted, it's a little predictable, and in places maybe Travolta seems a little flat. It has a few other flaws as well. But there are a lot of reasons to like a movie and sometimes you have to make allowences.What works about it? Matthew O'Leary and Vince Vaughn; the helpless kid & the bad guy. As the movie progresses, the kid gets more and more loveable and the evil dude becomes ever more despicable. Everything you need for this type of movie to be successful; a couple of very good actors in the right roles, convincingly earning, in this case, our sympathy or our bile. Even if the movie holds up in no other way for you, these two actors are sure to do their part. Settings, production, background, or script aside, these two deliver.
Predictable? Somewhat, sure. How many movies aren't? As for Trovolta perhaps being a little off, hey, the man is very busy. Besides, he was supposed to be low-key in this role, the emphasis of the movie being his son's plight. I think ultimately he served that role very well.
So despite its flaws, this movie still works, and I think quite well. If you haven't seen it you should consider doing so.

me and my parents went to see domestic disturbence last night. i saw some previews for it and it looked very good. after seeing swordfish i thought this has to be better because of the cast. i was right this was one hell of a movie. even my mom liked it. she finaly found a travolta movie that she liked in a while. my dad liked it to. it was very suspensful and scary. i don't want to give any of it away because you might want to see it. there was only one problem with the movie;it was too short. the movie is only 1 hour and 20 minutes long. it could have been a little longer. none the less this was a very good movie. much better than his last one swordfish which was awful by the way. see it. you won't be sorry. rated pg-13 for violence, and language.Movie Review: Not Disturbing At All

Domestic Disturbance was a superb movie. It was an edge of your seat sort of thing, and the actors/actresses did perfect performances. John Travolta was one of those actors. It was a story about a boy who witnesses his stepdad commit a murder, but no one will believe him except his father because he usually lies all the time. It is perfect! The plot was awesome, and I really think this movie deserved five stars. Anyone that likes good movies, should see this film. It was an exciting movie that everyone will love.Movie Review: I think its great

everybody has their own opinion right? so theres only so much i can say but I LOVED THIS MOVIE it was very interesting and shocking and thrilling too. but i also liked the character that played John Travoltas son Danny, because he is soooo cute and a really good actor but not as good as that psyco step father and john travolta. I especially like how the sons charactor was not a goody goody but more like a baaaad boy.Movie Review: Domestic Disturbance- Best Movie Ever!

This movie was awesome!! I loved the story line and the acting was terrific. Danny (played by Matthew O' Leary) was adorble, Matt is sooo hott already! It had a good plot and good suspence. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time! I would recomend this movie to anyone who likes horror/suspence. You'll love it!
