Movie Review: Decent

I purchased it a year ago, and used it for good solid month. Instructions are easy to follow, and they move at right pace. Since there are three discs you won't get too bored. Bonus performances are cool, and gives you an idea of how pro dancers shimmy and shake. My 1 year old and 2 year old daughters join me and try to dance with me. But after some practice, I was ready for more rigorous, intermediate level. If you are looking for a DVD set that will teach you basics of belly-dancing then this is the right one!Movie Review: pretty girls, so so material

I expected a little more interesting material from these ladies. They are nice to look at, and beautifully dressed, with gorgeaus costumes and what not. The DVD is top quality, perfectly shot. The only thing is that the material itself it's so-so. Even if you are a beginner, it's kind of nice to have some challenging, technique. It's not bad, but there are a lot of other better DVDs out there

This is a decent beginners set. I did alot of searching and am glad I made this choice. There are a few moves that could use some more direction (rib circles and some of the hip movements) but overall its a great introduction! The music is pretty spiffy too.Movie Review: Excellent instruccions
