As many probably figured out by now, this is pretty much a rehash of the previous DVD release from DM. It's a rehash of Videos 86-98, and the extra short films and videos (E.G. But Not Tonight) is pretty much what you're shelling out the extra dough for. For those who didn't get the original DVD it's definitely worth getting, but it might not be worth putting out the extra cash if you have it already. Now if they included the earlier videos from 81-85 (gotta love Just Can't Get Enough...and the pre-Alan Wilder days!), then it might be a worthwhile package....Movie Review: Where are the videos from 81-85?!

This is basically a re-release of the Depeche Mode - Videos 86>98 DVD that came out two years ago. The only difference is that four previously unreleased videos and three "new" documentaries have been added to this now two-disc DVD. What I don't understand is why the videos from 1981-1985 were not included on the second disc. If you are going to chronicle an artist's video career, why omit about 1/3 of their output?Movie Review: Great songs but poor resolution.

This is a great video collection, but the problem is the resolution of the DVD. Probably very poor at the time it was generated.
