Movie Review: LOVE IT!!!

I love this pregnancy DVD. Denise is very upbeat and keeps you motivated and going the whole time. I first rented this video from the library, and loved it so much that I had to buy it. It is a very easy workout (the prenatal cardio) and PERFECT for beginners. I've been exercising on and off for years, but only started exercising regularly 6 months before pregnancy. It's not challenging, but keeps your heart rate going and may cause you to have small beads of sweat by the end. I loved this video because on the days I was very queasy and not feeling well, I was able to complete it and feel better afterwards. This video will be perfect all the way into my 9 month. LOVE IT! If you are at a higher level of fitness, check out Erin Obrien's pregnancy DVD....that's a good challenge! :)
