Movie Review: A great DVD for fans of Aregento

Unless you've seen the very rare VHS versions of Dario Argento's WORLD OF HORROR, I highly recommend this very insightful behind the scenes biography on horror director Dario Argento. The man is a maniac and a genius, plus there are small bits of info and interviews with music maestros Goblyn, Dario's cinematographers,and with Dario's daughter, Asia Argento (B. Monkey, Queen Margot). This DVD is a bit sparse on extra features (practically none at all), but the info contained on this disc is excellent and highly informative, especially if you love the films of Argento and love the world of horror films. Mostly subtitled, for those of you that need to know, it's a very easy disc to watch and enjoy. There is a bit of grain on some of the stock footage, and the subtitles fly by quickly as Argento rants on a bit quickly at times... otherwise, this DVD is just a fascinating slice of life concerning one of the modern day masters of giallo horror: Dario Argento. Highly recommended for horror film fans.
