Movie Reviews of Dangerous LiaisonsMovie Review: Subtly erotic and wickedly evil ! Summary: 5 Stars
In 18th Century France, a woman (brilliantly played by Glenn Close) manipulates the lives of others for her amusment, with the help of a man she loves so much (played by John Malkovich). Based on a French novel. Only complaint : The DVD suffers in special feautres and bonus materials. A must !
Movie Review: Must See Summary: 5 Stars
I never tire of watching this movie. Great acting by the leading actors, but I especially enjoyed Malkovich's. I especially enjoyed the scenes where he enters a room like a predator & walks around his victims as of they were prey.
Overall a spectacular & engrossing movie.
Movie Review: Everything You could ever want Summary: 5 Stars
All the actors in this movie are at some of their bests. The scenery and costuming if a awe inspiring. This movie will have you thinking about it for days after you have seen it, you will want to see it again and again, and each time you will love it more then the previous time.
Movie Review: Dangerous Liaisons, a title befitting of itself. Summary: 5 Stars
Dangerous Liaisons touches on an essential part of everyone's life, love. A tale that has no time, the story unfolds among a blanket of love, lies, and deceit, revolving around the lust and cruelty in two hearts that finally ends with dire consequences.
Movie Review: Credit where credit is due Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent film. The book is even better. This brings me to my second point, which that it was written by Choderlos de Laclos, who never seems to be mentioned in connection with this movie. Get the book - you won't regret it.
