These are great videos if you want to lose weight.
Dancing with the Stars Cardio and also - Fitness with the Pros - are excellent videos if you would like to dance the pounds off and develop a leaner body. Also, it's fun and not boring. You dance with the Pros, and you "do not need a dance partner"!
I hope Ballroom Professionals would continue to make more of these videos(and even kick it up a notch or two, make it more intense, more cha cha) because I personally would buy more of them.
This kind of ballroom/cardio really works.
I haven't been on the treadmill in 3 weeks...and I'm losing weight.

Movie Review: cardio workout dancing with the stars Summary: 2 StarsThis workout is tough if you are not a dancer. They move quickly through the steps without and instruction. It would be great for a dancer!

Movie Review: Fun and Challenging Summary: 5 StarsIf you have had dance lessons or a dance class this will be no problem for you. If you don't get the steps on the first go around, do give up it will come. It's fun and energizing.
