thank you and all staff involved in trying to obtain dvd with english subtitle, the replacemeny dvd was also french language only, the listing had advertised a dvd english subtitle,s,due to the person who writes the listing information making an error .amazon.com were very very helpful in sending a replacement ,which was also without E/ST,believing like i did published info on listing's
after the second dvd arrived,without E/ST,i gave up at this point,rather be a bother, to purchase dvd with es/t. which i needed . but i must say amazon.com are a big company ,with a big heart to help me like they did, i do appreciate the time and trouble your staff took in this matter so thanks once again.if i see one of my old film's in dvd format advertised i,ll be with you again vera
