Movie Review: GREAT TO ENJOY CUNA DE LOBOS AGAIN.
Summary: 5 Stars
It is true as it is said in other reviews that this DVD collection has problems with the soundtrack music and the performance of the DVD's. If you saw Cuna de Lobos on TV when originally aired, you'll miss the original music, but the new one is not that bad. And there is a problem with the packaging. CD # 2 might get scratched inside the case, but it doesn't ruin the whole thing. The truth is that enjoying Catalina Creel's plots and conspiracies was worth the little problems with the discs, that I repeat, are not that bad.
Summary of Cuna De Lobos
One-eyed "black widow" Catalina Creel poisons and kills her husband to gain control of his pharmaceuticals empire, only to learn that he has left it to whichever of their two sons-Alejandro, whom she adores, or Jose Carlos, whom she despises-produces a son and heir first. Alejandro, whose wife is infertile, seduces and impregnates the unsuspecting Leonora Navarro. Upon the birth of their son, Alejandro reveals his true intentions, takes the child and has Leonora institutionalized. Following her release, she marries Jose Carlos and moves into the family mansion, positioning herself to get revenge on Alejandro. But Leonora has entered the domain of the homicidal Catalina, who will let nothing or no one stand in her way!Art House & International DVD Video
