Movie Review: Forget all the other reviews......

People who have watched the first Cube are expecting the sequel to be terrible, but to my surprised it was pretty good. If you are not familiar with the whole Cube thing, the movie is about these total strangers put in a cube and they do not know how they got there. They have to find a way out, but their is one catch, each room/cube has a door you can use on each side to exit but the surprise is on the other side, could it be certain death or a brief moment of living. Of course it gets old after an hour but since they have more money on this one they were able to "up" the special effects which I may say is pretty good. Unlike the first Cube, this one is more psychological. The ending will just leave you thinking what just happened. I give the movie 4 stars because its an ok movie but the extra features are pretty small and average.Movie Review: worth seeing

freedom they had. it's not that bad as it could be given how much more
money was involved compared to the first part. it doesnt mean it
couldn't be much better, it means it could be much worse. the actors
played just fine for their parts. as to the plot, a global control
a'la m$cr*s*ft is much exaggerated IMO (by the time such things are
possible people dont follow fashion like long hair in females and
fancy beards in males) but i do like the anti-commercial point. it is
less that the terminator2 was to the terminator1, but it is more that
t3 was to t1 (and t2); it is just what the matrix reloaded is to the
matrix. good music and desing by the way.
Movie Review: Can you escape the Hypercube?

The Cube is back to take on new prisoners. Who will die? Who will survive? This time it is a Hypercube. More deadly than the first Cube in Cube(1998). More interesting characters and personalities. If the ending of the first film was not satisfying for you, the ending of this movie is quite different and shocking. The SCI-FI CHANNEL just recently broadcast this sequel, but the DVD version contains more profane language, blood and some nudity. The Special Features are deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes, trailers, storyboard and slide show. An alternate ending is also included in the deleted scenes. I've seen all 3 Cube movies, and although this is not the best of the 3 it is a good movie.
The theory behind a hypercube (yes they exisit in mathematical theory) is accurate and suprisingly all the equations that are written out are acutal formule and equations for hypercubes. And that adds to this movies mystique.
True the 1st movie was far better. This movie explores more about the charactes though. Each character had either was connected with the hypercube or was placed in it for a specific task.

This sequal to Cube was surprisingly really good. A lot of the sequals to great movies i have seen pretty much stink. But this one doesn't. I was sadenned that I di not get all of the answers i would have like to receive. It was nice to no who makes the cubes. But why? How many are there? WHY?! The acting was terrific and a lot better than the first one. And you could really tell they had more money to use than in the first one. Good job yo!
