Movie Review: good but not fat burning
Summary: 4 Stars
Good half hour workout but don't expect to sweat. This workout is mainly standing ab moves which end with a little mat work.
The workout mainly concentrates on the obliques with a little upper ab work. Unfortunately there is no lower ab work which is what I was looking for.The instructors' cuing is very good.
This is a good workout if you already have firm flat abs, but if you are looking to lose inches, this is not the workout for you.Also there is hardly any stretching at the end which would have been nice to have on this dvd.
