Movie Review: Very fun workout!

This is the second video with Giselle that I have owned and I really like her teaching and choreography. It's not too difficult to follow (though don't expect to get it the first time) and it's a nice workout without being really intense. I have a huge collection of workout videos and this stays in my 'active' group. I hate to exercise but love to dance so this is the perfect video for me. I feel like I'm at party; the drummer is great and the time goes by so quickly. It puts me in great mood for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it.Movie Review: Fun, fun, fun!

I just tried Cardio Salsa for the first time and loved it! Of course, I was completely out of step and looking ridiculous but I had fun. I like Giselle's instruction style and I'm sure I'll get the steps down after running through the workout a few more times.
