I found this yoga workout to be perfect for the evening - the positions weren't too complex and the stretchs really worked out the kinks of the day. I really liked Sara Ivanhoe's presentation and found it easy to go along with her routine. This is a very basic yoga workout but it works wonders.Movie Review: Very relaxing!

I have this video and have purchased it for numerous friends as birthday presents. It is easy to follow and very relaxing. Anyone new to yoga will be able to learn the jargon and some basic poses. The instructor has a soothing voice and good flow. I definitely recommend the DVD!Movie Review: Love it!

I love this yoga DVD. It's soothing and I feel stretched out and relaxed afterwards. The instructor explains the poses well and gives modifications if you aren't that flexible/advanced. This is a must have yoga video, I never write a review but this is workout is so healing you sleep great. Every time I do this I sleep great and the following day I am energized. It is like getting a full body massage.
