THEY MADE A PACT WHEN THEY WERE 9 GROWING UP IN GEORGIA 2 STAY BFF BUT THAT WISH DUSINT COME TRUE! THEY DIG THE BOX UP AT MIDNIGHT THE DAY OF THERE HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATION! MIMI BRINGZ UP THAT SHE WANTS 2 GO AUDITION 4 A SLIDE RECORDZ RECORDING CONTEST! THEY ALL 3 GO ON A JURNEY WITH A GUY NAMED BEN THAT MIMI KNOWS FRUM THE TRAILOR PARK! After seeing so many scathing reviews of this movie, I felt like checking in with a differing opinion. Let just say that I'm a guy, and I don't go for "chick flicks" in general. I bought this DVD because I was impressed with Brittney Spears on Saturday Nite Live, and wanted to see what she could do. I thought her acting was very natural and unaffected, not stiff at all. The other actors do fine work also. I rate movies against other movies in the same genre, so I give this movie 5 stars as compared with other teen movies, which are typically either meaningless, boring or silly. This was no Citizen Kane, but it was certainly well made and enjoyable. I recommend it to anybody over the age of twelve.Movie Review: Spearseriffic!

Britney Spears, Taryn Manning, & Zoe Saldana play 3 young woman who come together after not being friends anymore since they were young girls. Lucy{Spears} Kit{Saldana} & Mimi{Manning} go on a cross country trip with Ben, a friend of Mimi's. Kit wants to see her boyfriend, Mimi wants to embark on a singing career, & Lucy wants to see her mom. The 3 ladies grow close, & lean for eachother in time of need. Lucy falls in love and gets deeply hurt, & Mimi & Kit suffer devastating loses & experience tremendous heartbreak. Despite the tragedy, Lucy, Mimi, Kit find something they missed & needed.......friendship. Stunning performance by Spears & a heartfelt story with tons of fun. A+Movie Review: better than expected!

ok..I'm a Brit fan..So what..
I didn't expect much out of this movie just like many others didn't...
Well, with a $12 million dollar budget, who would??
anyways..
I thought the movie did hit on many teen issues, and quite well..
I left the theatre happy, my $7.00 went to a good movie than just about anyone can understand...
I was hopeing that I wouldn't think about "Britney" the whole entire movie..and I didn't...her character(Lucy)fell right into place...
I'd say for a 1st timer, she did awesome...the actor's were chosen very well....and can't wait for Brit's next project,
the NASCAR movie she'll be starring in!!

Crossroads is an awesome drama and comedy about three friends who are reunited and take a roadtrip together. This movie is about taking risks, making friendships last and pursuing dreams. It is the perfect movie for teenage girls who want to have good laughs with their friends. The music is awesome as well. There are a few good Britney Spears songs featured in the movie, and on the DVD special features, it has music videos and it also teaches you how to sing the songs. It is a great movie and everyone will have a great time.And to the guys: It is not as much of a chick flick as you may think.
