Movie Reviews of Crocodile Dundee

Movie Review: No ones noticed there is a missing scene on the DVD?
Summary: 4 Stars

There is enough reveiws of the movie here, so I wont bother with one.

But what I do wanna say is, hasnt anyone else noticed that there is a scene missing? After Sue meets Mick for the first time at the pub, on there way out Wally says to sue that he'll see her in the morning, there office is just up the road and points to it. Sue says, "you mean past that old shed" or something, and Wally says, "No, in the old shed" and then she says, "Good night Walter" and Mick who is drunk laying in the back of the ute, slurs out a drunken, "good-night walter" ... that scene is not on the DVD... or it's possible it never was put on the American version. I am Australian and imported this DVD because for some reason it is not released here yet. But I dont see why it wouldve been cut, so why isnt it on the DVD? Keep that in mind if you decide to purchase this, it's not the full version!

Movie Review: Funnneeeee!
Summary: 4 Stars

It's old (1986) and it's schmaltzy and old-fashioned, but Crocodile Dundee is still worth watching if you missed it first time around. Paul Hogan, fresh from Down Under, is so perfectly cast that it quickly becomes apparent that he's not really acting at all: this is just who he is. He plays a relaxed Aussie tracker who shows an American reporter around his native bush country, then accompanies her to her own turf in New York City. It's the old fish-out-of-water theme, and Hogan and co-star Linda Koslowski (whom he later married, in real life), play it off perfectly.
Pure confection, but also pure fun.

Movie Review: Koslowoski's reporter character brings film down a little
Summary: 4 Stars

Although she is a beauty for sure I wish they had not had her character get all over Mick Dundee about nuclear weapons and later the save-the-kangaroo bit. It would have been a more perfect film without them dialog bits for sure. And a better film if it was made just two or three years earlier (when movies still had more solid storyline) as beginning in 1985 movies the world over got vapid.

Movie Review: The best one
Summary: 4 Stars

The first one is the best movie and
alot better than the other 2.
This a funny movie from beginning
to end and this is one of Paul Hogan's
best films ever made.

Amust own for every Payl Hogan fan.
