Movie Review: freaky!!
Summary: 5 Stars
I haven't seen Creepshow 2, nor know what it is about, but I enjoy and have the 1'st one. I was shocked that Mr. King is in it HIMSELF. He finds a meteor in his yard and it makes everything grow. It is one of my favorite parts with "Something to tide you over" the end of that skit was freaky. You will just have to watch it and find it out yourself. Not only do I love horror movies, but this is a TRUE CLASSIC with Children Of The Corn.{John Franklin was perfect in that}. My favorites in this movie are:

Movie Review: It's Father's Day.......

I grew up watching this movie whenever and wherever I could. I like to think that the writers of Creepshow educated me in how to handle life's many problems and keep a smile on my face while doing so. I was amazed at how the remains of Nathan Grantham, the murdered patriarch of the Grantham family exacted revenge on his ungrateful family and he even managed to get his Father's Day cake in the end. And for all of you people on the old ball and chain, look at the way in which Henry dealt with Wilma, his horrifying wife. This just goes to show us that sometimes, seeminlgy awful situations can work in our favor.Movie Review: Nostalgia 80's at its best

Creepshow is a classic. I love the stories and the acting is great. You have to take Creepshow for what it is, a low budget horror/humor movie done for one thing, and one thing only. entertainment.
Movies like this are real treasures for those of us that grew up in the 80's and still miss that decade twenty years later. I thought Stephen King did wonderfully as the hillbilly farmer who finds the meteor in his backyard. My favorite story is the one with Ted Danson and Leslie Neilson. A cool little story by two of my favorite actors.
A great little movie for a great price.
Movie Review: Creepy selection of tales

This is an excellent collection of five creepy tales from zombie maestro George A. Romero. Based on the tales of Stephen King (who also appears in one of the stories) it features a good cast. The DVD is good. The picture is very clear and the sound in Dolby stereo is a massive improvement over the mono video version. The title sequence at the beginning is awesome, with many thunderclaps in the surround channel. The extras are just a trailer. It would have been good to see more, especially a commentary from Romero & King; but it's still an excellant film and DVD.Movie Review: CREEPSHOW

'CREEPSHOW' is a fun horror/comedy flick.
An unofficial tribute to all those great Amicus films of the 70s',
and especially the pulp comics of the 50s'.
I very much enjoyed 'Something to Tide You Over' and 'The Crate'.
Though the image tended to be a bit soft(over processing?) at times, and a bit dark in spots. the colours were mostly very vivid in keeping with the content.
Hopefully Warners will release a special edition in the forseeable future.
All in all, a good film with a few jolts...and quiet a few laughs.
