Movie Review: 37 minutes long! Lots of that is out-takes! AVOID!!
Summary: 2 Stars
What a rip off! This show is a scant 37 minutes long on one tacky studio set. For some strange reason they put in the supposed out-takes and re-takes. Were they so short on talent and material they had to use this gimmick? The show consists of 9 measly songs. Barry Manilow does 1 number by himself, Yolanda Adams does one by herself and Clay does the rest with them or by himself. All these artists are talented but they are drowned by the gimmicky, cheap production. This show should have been completely redone and extended before releasing it to the public. The annoying re-takes and out-takes seem staged. I don't understand why they are even here. As a special feature they have "Behind-the-scenes" footage as though we haven't seen enough of this during the show. It is like doing a 30 minute "making of" documentary for a 5 minute movie. If you want this, get it used or rent it. It is a waste of money otherwise.
