Movie Review: Oh my Gosh it works!

Another great from Kathy Smith. The cons to this workout is that you need to buy the steps.
They still sell them in dept. stores, but it's just another thing. Try second-hand stores first.
Nevertheless, the workout is great.It concentrates on the lower body, but it's also cardiovascular.
She has beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts at the same time
by increasing the step height. For those who have knee issues like me, you can choose which
level you want. If your knees bother you the next day, go lower. If they still do, go lower still.
If they still bother, see your sports doctor!
Either way, you get a great buns and thigh intensity program and cardio conditioning at the same time.
