Movie Review: an overall great workout

I have many many workout tapes and I find that I like to mix and match them according to what I am in the mood for. Cindy's workout is the one I do the most. The actual workout is great and intense. Contrary to this, I find that there is too much strain on the knee joints, being a person with knee problems. I have found ways to work around this though. Another thing I didn't like about the workout is that Cindy goes way too fast to place any emphasis in working muscles like when she does her arm exercises. Radu counts too fast, is somewhat annoying, and I find myself wondering why the guy is even there. On another note, I have found this to be an excellent workout if you commit yourself to it and go at your own pace. I have definitely noticed a difference in my overall appearance. This and other workouts has helped me tone up lose almost 30 pounds and counting.
