Love, love love this delightfully wacky movie. Love the characters, the fashions, and the absurd situations.
We have viewed Christmas in Connecticut every year for as long as I can remember and still laugh in all the same places. The remake does not come close to this classic film, so do yourself a favor and turn down the lights, pop some corn, get a warm blanket to curl up under and enjoy this classic movie.

Barbara Stanwyck por-trays single professional woman portraying "perfect" married homemaker which is the beginning of the unraveling of the entanglement and a fun, fun time. It is a shame that this movie has not enjoyed the great appreciation afforded "It's a wonderful life" and "Miracle on 34th Street." I recently watched this move for the very first time on TV. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to order the DVD from Amazon. What a funny and fast-moving story! You won't be bored for a minute! The actors including Barbara Stanwick are all great and the setting is very Christmas like. I had the opportunity about a year or two ago to sit and watch this movie with My Mom. She grew up watching this movie with her Dad and along passed this tradition onto me. And it's a Fabulous movie. It's funny and warm hearted and really puts you in the Holiday Spirit. I highly recommend it to everyone out there. You won't be dissapointed!
