Movie Review: King at crime !
Summary: 5 Stars
A good movie and a must see too... In this movie, Director Andrew Dominik portrays the life of an hardened aussie criminal, Mark 'Chopper' Read. This tough guy knows what he wants (becoming a 'king of crime'), and doesn't hesitate to get it by all means if necessary... To my opinion, this movie doesn't glorify violence even if it contains many bloody scenes, and it should be seen at the second or may be at the third degree... Moreover, it demonstrates how many criminals, with the help of journalists, are making money with crime events !
Finally, Eric Bana is excellent and funny to watch in it. It was clearly evident that he would become a huge star... So, don't miss it.
Movie Review: Look what you made me do ........

Great movie based on the real life of a man called Chopper. I don't even know where to begin on describing this one. The audio was really bad where I saw this, so did miss a few details here and there but still found it extremely funny and entertaining. The idea that after he tries to kill somebody, he talks to them and even asks them if they're ok like nothing was wrong made me laugh hysterically.
The story of a really disturbed, even deranged, individual and his life both on the inside and outside of prison.

I had never heard of this movie or Eric Bana until I borrowed this movie from a friend. All I can say is wow, what a performance. The physical transformation undergone by Eric Bana in this film is amazing - comparable to that of Robert DiNero in Raging Bull.
Definately not a film for the faint of heart. There are some pretty graphic (violent) scenes in this movie. Yet, the film manages to mix in a good dose of humor.
If you like dark comedies, you will like this film.

chopper is one of the most brilliant movies to come out of Australia in recent history. The script and real life antics of Mark "Chopper" Reid make for a compelling and entertaining movie....however it is the acting brilliance of Eric Bana that makes this movie a masterpice.
From his stare to his weight gain, he has the character down pat. Everything about this movie keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting more...

I cant say enough about this film. The second it ended I was on the phone telling people they needed this in there collection. This movie is gangster, the way movies should be made true to the heart. I love choppers character. The man is a mans man,has no problem killing you if you deserved it, robs drug dealers, can take a stabbing, cuts off his ears, and sense of humor like no others. What more do you want this movie is great!
