Movie Review: Too scary for the under 4 crowd

I bought this video because I remember loving it as a child. What I'd forgotten was that there is a very scary character who goes around with a net trying to catch children. I think this movie is great for older kids, or I wouldn't have remembered it so lovingly, but little ones can only watch the first 20 minutes or so.
