Movie Review: Yes, It is Magical

I hate to reiterate what so many other reviewers have stated here, but this is a magical movie. It takes you into the world of two Iranian children as they attempt to overcome what is for them a seemingly insurmountable obstacle. This movie is one of the few times when I went in with high expectations and was not disappointed. I watched this movie just a few years ago. I didn't exhale till the credits, from the moment the shoes are lost the movie pages turn and there is no telling what will be the end. The children portrayed have more heart than has ever been seen, and I feel even thought this film has NOTHING to do with Christmas I save it for that season to remind my heart where it should be.Movie Review: A great childrens movie for all ages

I really enjoyed this movie and is the best children's movie I have ever seen in my life. I found the story spellbinding since it was a reminder of my own childhood even though I grew up in the US middle class while the story is set in the slums of Iran. The acting is first rate and surpasses a lot of what Hollywood churns out. A definite must see for everyone.

Everyone should watch this movie. I love shoes and I have over 100 pairs. When I watched this movie, I was really ashamed of myself. It is such a touching movie. Everyone should watch this to appriciate the things we have in life and we take it all for granted. Just see how a new pencil can make a kid happy. It is so pure. The performances of everyone in the film are impeccable especially the main boy character. He is amazing. You can watch this movie over and over, it never gets old.
