Summary of Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers

Cheech and Chong trade in their bongs for swords as they take on history in this outrageous and "hilarious" (Los Angeles Times) re-telling of Alexandre Dumas' 18th-century adventure epic. "Very much in their raucous style" (Variety) and filled "with zany lyricism" (Los Angeles Times), The Corsican Brothers stars Cheech Marin and Thomas Chong (Up in Smoke) as separated twin brothers who join forces during the French Revolution to defeat an evil and sadistic royal advisor! It took them 30 years to reuniteand no time at all to get into trouble. When the Corsican brothers are caught in the backwoods of France holding a maniacal aristocrat's most prized possessionhis pink poodlethey are sentenced to the guillotine for their crime! But usinga hard-as-a-rock baguette as a club, the imaginative brothers escape their foe. Now seen as local heroes, they unwittingly become leaders in a resistance to take down their sadomasochistic enemy and ignite the fires of the French Revolution!
