Movie Reviews of Cheaper By the DozenMovie Review: Cheaper by the Dozen Summary: 5 Stars
Kate (Bonnie Hunter) and Tom Baker (Steve Martin) have 12 kids (a dog and a frog lol). Tom is a coach and is hardly home to help out. When he gets his dream job to coach his alma mater's football team, the family have to move to the big city, and when Kate goes on tour to promote her book "Cheaper by the Dozen" in New York, Tom will have to take over for a couple weeks. That, however, will be a difficult challenge! This movie made me laugh, cry, and laugh again. It is, without a doubt, full of heart that the whole family would enjoy. Cheaper by the Dozen will be available on April 6, and i am definitely gonna buy it!!
Movie Review: Beautiful family comedy!!!! Summary: 5 Stars
I yearn for a family like the one depicted in this Steve Martin gem! Imagine twelve kids, the overflowing love, oh excuse me I'm rambling! I'm experiencing what is often called empty-nest syndrome; in other words, I don't have a husband or any kids. It doesn't mean I can't hope, and a movie like this makes me even more hopeful that even in my middle-age I will still find my prince charming (or a good sperm donor at least). Even though Hilary 'Heathen' Duff is a bad influence on youngsters (as is Ashton Kutcher, seen in a cameo), I would recommend this to God-fearing families across the states!
Movie Review: Great cast & fun movie Summary: 5 Stars
I loved it! I think that the cast was great...all of them were easily beleivable and they portrayed each character nicely. Now I absolutely adore Tom Welling; I think he was great as the mature older brother struggling with change and Hilary Duff (which i'm sad to say) actually did GOOD as the bimboish second older sister. Not only Welling and Duff were great, but Ashton Kutcher as "Hank - the model/actor" brought a lot of comedic performance to the movie. The cast plus the movies easygoingness makes it a fun family film - I went and saw it twice! And the eye candy is a MAJOR plus : D
Movie Review: Perfact for any family Summary: 5 Stars
When I saw this movie, I wanted to have 12 kids of my own one day! It was so funny, I saw this movie 5 times before I decided to take a break. The day it comes out, my family will be one of the first to get it. It has Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Tom Welling, Piper Perabo, Hilary Duff, *Jacob Smith, Alyson Stoner, Kevin Schmidt, Morgan York, Forest Landis, Liliana Mumy, Blake Woodruff, Brent and Shane Kinsman, and of corse, the wonderful dog, Gunner. Jacob Smith, is my favorite one on this movie. He really ties the family together. It's a great show and I encourage you to see it!
Movie Review: A great comedy with a wonderful meaning Summary: 5 Stars
Cheaper by the Dozen is a great film I have seen it twice now and loved it both times. It is more than a comedy, it has a wonderful meaning that deals with accpetance and family relationships and that it is not always aobut work but family as well. The movie is hilarious and i am lauging just thinking about it. I almost cried in the end because i was so touched. I am a huge Hilary Duff fan so she was a nice bonus. I thought Bonnie Hnt did a wonderful job as the mother as well as the rest of the cast did. Cheaper by the Dozen is a perfect 10 in my book!!
