Movie Review: GREAT - FOR CHAPLIN FANS

Although I have never included myself as one of them, Chaplin fans will unquestionably be delighted with this excellently restored collection of Mutual shorts.
I was curious to see what this set had to offer, considering we have all probably seen many of these films before. What most of us haven't seen before, however, is the very fine quality of these prints. Add to this the much improved stability of the projection and superb music - what comes out is a rejuvenated Chaplin in all his pristine glory.
Although I still can't claim to be a great Chaplin fan, this set was certainly worth the price, and am delighted to have seen Chaplin as never before.
