Movie Review: Amazon made a mistake

Amazon is listing this program as being in a 1.33 aspect ratio. That is wrong. The program is enhanced for 16 x 9 anamorphic display. It fills the screen of our 50 inch TV.
My wife and I have discovered this group when they released their first CD/DVD and have been fans ever since. Feb 11 is her birthday so this relase came at JUST the right time. While the staging is a bit different from the first DVD the quality of the performances has gotten better as this group of very talented singers becomes accustomed to each other and working as a group before live audiences.
This time there is excellent dancing and a kind of story line providing a tie between all the selections.
In short this is a stunning show.

This is the third DVD by Celtic Thunder that I own and while I love it, love the energy that the group always gives along with such terrific musical talent it does lack a few things that I miss from the other DVDs.
It is shorter than their previous ones and unlike the other shows they don't do all the Celtic songs as they have been doing. That last one does not detract from the talent this group offers and the songs that they do perform should not be missed. Ryan's version Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown is certainly one that everyone should see at least once.
The extra part that is included in this, the backstory so to speak, is also interesting and I enjoyed it a great deal.
Movie Review: Great Buy!

My mom used her account to purchase this item for me. I first saw this group back in February of '08. If I didn't enjoy this group, I wouldn't be buying the item. They are a great group of guys ranging in ages of 17 to 42. Each has their own "style" of song they sing but when sung together, sing beautifully. It's a great product for any age whether it be 3 or 93 (thank you Paul for the words). It's great craic to watch them entertain us while they are entertaining themselves. It's never the same show twice and that is always a good thing, considering they'd get bored.
A great group of guys and the products are easily attainable. I DEFINITELY recommend this product!
Movie Review: Entertainment at it's Best, I love these guys !

This is enterainment at it's best ! i LOVE these guys, As indisuals they are great and as a group they are wonderful ! I really injoyed the woman singer, she has a powerful voice. And Neil singing with Ryan, and Keith on Halaulha is just WOW, it is my favorite song. I only wish that they would sing all the same songs that are on the CD, I would love to see them sing Amazing Grace and since Keith is my favorite I would love to see him preform Wish Apone A Star. I have two other DVD's of thiers, love them as well,but this one has so much more personalaty. My only compant is that it is too short, they need more songs !!! I was at the filming of Its Entertainment in Toronto in October of 2009 and the DVD captures the enthusiasm and the great music of those 2 nights. The boys and all of the performers sang, played and danced with their hearts and souls. The audience felt it and responded with
deafening applause and standing O's.
The immense talent of this group, the grand set design, the lighting, the costumes and of course the kilts all come together to create a magical experience and a great DVD..
Order and enjoy the CT experience. If you already have your copy, get one for a friend and let the thunder roll for them!
