Movie Review: Celtic Thunder It's Entertainment

I was so excited when my cd and dvd arrived on the date is was released (February 9, 2010). The anticipation and excitement was beyond belief. As soon as I could get the wrapper off of both of them, I popped the dvd in the player and sat back and just listened and looked at the most talented musicians I have seen in many years. All the songs were unbelieveable, but I especially enjoyed and was touched by the song "Amazing Grace". The harmonies were brilliant. I have watched my dvd every night before I go to bed. What a way to end the day!!!! I have also played my cd each time I get in the car to run an errand. I am a happy person and am more pleased than I ever imagined. I am now buying additional copies to give for birthday and special occasions. I cannot say enough about these two items. The other dvds and cds are also very well worth getting, also. You can't miss this. These lads will take your heart. Whatever they do is fantastic. Saw this show when they were filming, went to Thursday night and Friday night and would have kept going back. From the first time heard them solo and all together just amazing, and they don't just stand there, love the action. You can see them put their whole heart and soul in their songs. They are very gracious and interact with us(fans). Anyone who has ever heard or seen them will tell you, no matter how many times you listen to them, you will keep going back. Anyone you see will ask, which one is your favorite, and we all have a favorite. My favorite is Ryan,the "Dark Destroyer", one friend says Damian is her son, Keith is a sweetie, Paul, serious and the class trouble maker, George is solid and adorable.Movie Review: WOW! Have already ordered 2 DVD/CD sets and if it doesn't get here by 2/9/10, I may have to resort to buying them in the stores also. Just saw a snip-it of the new show on the Celtic Thunder website and CAN'T WAIT til the release date. For anyone who isn't familiar with these talented wonderful men, you will be blown away with each performance. They make music understandable and fun again. I've been to 5 of their shows now and was present at the PBS taping in Chicago. I've had the pleasure of meeting all of them; I can't tell you how refreshing it is to meet such genuinely dedicated and fun-loving gentlemen. They work so hard to present such wonderful entertainment and it shows in every performance. Phil Coulter and Sharon Browne have done a magnificient job in bringing these gifted men to us!Movie Review: It's what your looking for!

I recently discoverd the boys a couple of months ago on a PBS special. I totally feel in love. Since then I have boughten all of their Dvds and Cds. I couldn't wait until this one came out and was thrilled when I finallt got it in the mail. To pick a favorite song is difficult, but I would have to say that "Hallelujah" took my breath away. I also loved Ryans take on "Bad Bad Leroy Brown". Although Keiths surfer medley is also fantastic. I love oldies. It's what I grew up on even though I'm only 26. Yet the whole dvd is amazing and you can just feel the energy come out of the tv. It makes me want to get up and dance. If you are at all a fan of Celtic Thunder or Just want to hear an amazing group of guys show off their talents you need to pick this up!Movie Review: Celtic Music Fan

I originally purchased this for my daughter after I saw their 2010 concert without her. If you were not able to see their 2010 concert and are a Celtic Thunder fan, this is something you could see at a reduced cost of the concert and see most of what their 2010 concert was like (their new music/presentations). The music is different from their first works. I would say the music has gone more to US pop style than Celtic. As the Album states "IT's Entertainment". It is truly entertaining. All five singers are depicted in their flare of musical parts and characters. I purchased the CD at the concert to listen to myself until my daughter got the DVD. When I saw the DVD, I was reliving their concert. The item came in good shape and as promised.
