Movie Reviews of Casino Royale [Blu-ray]

Movie Review: Blu-Ray Bond is Unbeatable!
Summary: 5 Stars

I saw this movie in the cinema and was eagerly awaiting the Blu-Ray release. After viewing the disc played back on my Panasonic BD Player and viewing on a 50" Pioneer plasma along with the 5.1 LPCM soundtrack I can say that this movie blew me away. Not only is this the best Bond movie to date but the transfer on Blu-Ray disc is top notch. The picture is STUNNING to say the least with every possible detail replayed in crystal clear HD and the sound is unbelievable... If you are a fan of this movie and you have a Blu-Ray set-up then I recommend you order this title today if you don't already have it in your collection.

Movie Review: blu ray is a beauty
Summary: 5 Stars

I had low hopes for this bond film since I loved the last bond but daniel craig swang and hit a homerun cuz his performance is PURE BOND and a realistic feeling bond. movie is a 5 star, acting 5 stars and the music is the best score ive heard in a bond film and we cant forget eva green shes the best. and for you hi def whores just know that this transfer is exellent there were only about 3 scenes in the movie were the hi def picture wasnt that great were there was to much grainines but most of the movie pops like if it was 3d. this movie made me appreciate my ps3 alot more. so go and buy buy and buy it guys and gals.

Movie Review: A welcome departure from the past
Summary: 5 Stars

I was skeptical that anyone could surpass Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan as 007, but with the right script, Daniel Craig has brought depth to the character who had previously been seen as a miraculously lucky, womanizing, defender of the free world. He is still lucky, dodging machine gun fire, playing cards (Hold 'em instead of baccarat), etc., but not so over the top that it becomes ridiculous. The torture scene, while unique and interesting, did lack some credibility. Overall, though, this an excellent Bond who brings new legs (as well as a fresh face, body, and mind) to the long-running franchise.

Movie Review: Daniel Craig has the POTENTIALto be the best Bond ever.
Summary: 5 Stars

Movie: This is my favorite modern day bond. (Sorry Pierce) It has many subplots that will keep you wondering who bond needs to be pointing he gun at (or bluffing with). The contrast of action and character building makes this a well rounded film.

Movie: The mastering on this film was absolutly brilliant. The best of all the blu-ray's I currently own. Color Representation is great as well.

Audio: The PCM Audio with this movie is great. There is also a lot of good mixing to add to the tension of the various scenes.

Movie Review: my name is bond james bond
