Movie Review: Awesome
Summary: 5 Stars
Maybe it is the fact that this was the first movie I have seen on Blu-Ray or the fact this is a Bond film with a new Bond, but I loved it. The action sequences were awesome, they went back to Bond being a spy instead of relying on far fetched gadgetry. Daniel Craig played the part well having the quick wit and the confidence needed to play the part.
On Blu-Ray this movie was amazing. The sound was extraordinary and the visuals something to behold. The details were crisp and there basically no artifacts or broken screens throughout the film.
The only part about the movie I didn't like was for a spy Bond blew up a lot of things, and seemed to take to violence rather than stealth. Oh well. That's Hollywood nowadays!
Can't wait for the next one.
Movie Review: Bond bar raised! ....

With all do respect to my previous heros who have played the Bond character. Daniel Craig as our newest Bond, raises the Bond bar by meters! Oh man, I didn't think a movie could push the level of cool as much as this one. This action film is the epitome of style, with a 9.5 sphinctor factor ranking. You will not be disappointed to watch and experience Daniel Craig as he plays the most lethal Bond Ian Flemming could have ever imagined. Sean Connery, the only double-Oh-seven in my book, should be proud to have an equal that matches and exceeds his talents. Let us have more ... in fact why not go back and re-do all the bonds with this lethal level of professionalism. Huge credits to the cinamatographers and screen writers. I grew up in the Sean Connery era of James Bond. The bigger than life super hero with bigger than life bad guys.
So I didn't know what to expect from Daniel Craig...But WOW was I surprised. The movie went back to when Bond gets his 00 certentials.
Like the new Star Trek Film no out this movie reintroduces Bond to a new generation and Daniel Craig puts in a great performance along with a great story.
No super bad guys, no bigger than life Bond. This Bond doesn't have all the high tech wepons but for what he doesn't have in technology he makes up with toughness, smarts and a lot of guts.
This movie along with Quantum of Solace have put James Bond back on the big screen for a long time to come...I really hope.
Movie Review: By far the best Bond movie yet.
Summary: 5 Stars
This is defiantly the best Bond move to come out so far. The fighting in it was much better then with Pierce Brosnan (I realize that doesn't say a whole lot, but it is really good anyways). I like how he didn't have to use all these strange and impossible to make gadgets. The only slightly negative things I could think of to say about it is the Aston Martin doesn't get enough screen time and that when you think the movie is almost over you find out there is more to the story which makes it feel a little longer then it is.
All in all this is a great movie that any action movie lover will enjoy, regardless of wither or not they liked any of the other Bond movies (because I don't really care for them).
Movie Review: One of the best James Bond movies!

I ordered this for my Dad's birthday, and we watched it together. The Blu-Ray high definition was absolutely stunning, and the actors and actresses' performances were exemplary.
PROS:
Great picture/sound quality (to be expected, as it's Blu-Ray!)
Plenty of eye candy for everyone! (Wink, wink)
Shows Bond's initiation to 00 status
High-tech menus
Lots of awesome weapons
Hot cars
CON:
There are black bars on the top and bottom of the screen during playback
The only bad thing about this product was so insignificant, I felt I shouldn't allow it to diminish my opinion of the BRD! Buy it! You WILL NOT be disappointed.
