Movie Review: Great DVD, but He's BETTER in PERSON
Summary: 5 Stars
I have to write this review with alittle bit of prejudice. You see, I have seen Carrot Top at the MGM Grand in Vegas (which is where this DVD was made) 8 times so far (and counting). Therefore, I know a little bit about the type of show that he does. Since this DVD was made a few years back, some of his performance has changed over the years. But still, this is a very good view or idea of what he actually does in Vegas. However, some of what he does, especially at the end when he does his "rock 'n roll" trunk, has been cut. That was a big disappointment. But, I have been informed that he would have had to obtain the "rights" to the songs that he performs to and that can really add up as far as money goes, so that is understandable. All in all, a very good DVD that shows what he really does on stage. He is great on DVD, but a whole lot better in person. Go see him if he comes to your town!!!! He is definitely my favorite entertainer and I will continue to see him whenever I get the chance.Thank
