All the DVDs are fun but, the Fit To Strip is the absolute best. An incredible workout that is fun and challenging, it includes isolation sections for every part of your body and tones you in no time. After a week of doing this my muscles tightened tremendously and it made all the other discs cake. I strongly recommend this to anyone who really wants to get in shape and stay there.Movie Review: just challenging enough for a beginner

Well if you're trying to get in shape then this is a great DVD. Not for someone who regularly goes to the gym, etc. The music is ok but most of all I love Carmen Electra so I think it's cool working out with her, and motivational too because you see her perfect body and it just makes you want to keep moving so yours can get a little closer to looker like hers.Movie Review: Great DVD's
