Movie Review: Luis Guzman is in this film!

My only reason for seeing this film is because Luis Guzman is in it. I prefer the murder mysteries of Brian De Palma, but this movie is just a somewhat organized crime drama. Not a good film. Enjoyed seeing Penelope Ann Miller act again. DVD includes production notes, cast and filmmakers and theatrical trailer. Shown in squeezy widescreen.
Followed by the straight-to-DVD film, CARLITO'S WAY: RISE TO POWER (2005), a prequel.
