Movie Review: Callanetics -- fantastic workout

I ordered this a few weeks ago, and I felt a difference in my body after the first hour. I have scolosis and usually wake up with lower back pain, but the day after I did this I did not. It is a little outdated, i.e., the outfits, make-up, but the instructor is nice. She also shows the modifications, i.e., using a chair instead of a ballet bar, after the exercise so I would suggest watching it before you do it. Overall, a very good workout.
