Movie Reviews of Caddyshack

Movie Review: Caddyshack: A Comedy Classic
Summary: 4 Stars

This is one of the classic comedies from the 80's. The main actors Ted Knight, Bill Murray, Rodney Dangerfield, and Chevy Chase play extremely well together. This is not brilliant comedy; however, it is knee slapping funny in numerous scenes. When Chevy Chase sings, "I was born to love you, I was born to lick your face." You can't help but laugh. Some jokes hit, some don't, but overall, this is an enjoyable comedy that is a 4-star delight to watch. Enjoy.

Movie Review: Caddyshack the movie
Summary: 4 Stars

I purchased this movie because I recently purchased the caddyshack game for my brother the golf nut. We were sitting around after he opened the game and couldn't remember that much about the movie so I found the movie on line. It's a real classic funny movie which shows you don't need sex and bad language to be funny. I also bought a copy for myself so I can refresh my mind before we play the game. Thanks a lot for carrying old movies.

Movie Review: Be the Ball... I'm Alright
Summary: 4 Stars

I strictly got it and the gopher toy because I am a fan of the one and only Kenny Loggins. This was his debut as "movie soundtrack king" although he did compose I Believe in Love for another John Peters filmA Star Is Born (1976 Film) and later covered the tune himself. The gopher is so hilarious. It's a shame the sequel didn't work out well...

Movie Review: Comedy Classic
Summary: 4 Stars

Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield and Bill Murray do some of there best comidic work in this wacky film. The main plot is a little weak but that hardly matters when you have Bill Murray as a deranged groundskeeper trying to exterminate a Golpher, Chevy Chase as a strangely Zen golf pro and Rodney Dangerfield as a crass flamboyant nouveau riche real estate tycoon.

Movie Review: A modern classic
Summary: 4 Stars

Caddyshack is one of the greats, but the other reviewers are right about the quality of this DVD. I've seen better prints of this film on TV! I can't believe Warner released the movie in this condition.
