Movie Review: Wellcome to Cabaret!!

This movie is just a classic, one of the few, or maybe the only one picture that talks about the Weigmar Republic in Germany before the Nazis, but more important the decadence of a nation with a mask of entertainment, Liza Minnelli and Joel Grey are great in their performances, I recomend this movie 100%.Movie Review: Masterpiece

A perfect balance between comedy and drama, story and history, brilliantly edited, aced, directed ! You can watch this movie over 20 times (as I did) and never get tired of it. Proof that a movie can be entertaining without being dumb! Absolute gem!

The play 'Cabaret' seems to evoke the atmosphere of 1930s Berlin and the tawdry desperation of that time. Only question? Why did I wait so long to get it?
No, it's not wide screen but it was under $10 so who cares? It will be some day and then I will get it again.
